Islamabad — Pakistani serial entrepreneur Adeel Gondal has been appointed president of the Federal Executive Board of CEOs under the initiative of CEO Minds Pakistan, a platform focused on mentoring emerging business leaders and helping startups navigate modern entrepreneurial challenges.

Speaking to hundreds of young entrepreneurs at the event, Gondal highlighted the importance of youth-driven entrepreneurship in shaping Pakistan’s economic future. He said that Pakistan’s young population represents a major national strength and stressed that increased participation in business and innovation could accelerate the country’s development.

Gondal praised CEO Minds Pakistan for launching an initiative aimed at guiding aspiring CEOs and fostering leadership within the startup ecosystem. He said he would share his two decades of business experience with young entrepreneurs to help them build sustainable and successful companies.

He further stated that if 100,000 young people enter entrepreneurship, it could significantly reduce unemployment while strengthening Pakistan’s economy.

The newly appointed president also emphasized the importance of networking and collaboration among business leaders, noting that such platforms create opportunities for partnerships and collective growth that benefit both individuals and the broader economy.
