Kashif Ali takes initiative to modernise Pakistan’s brick kiln industry

LAHORE: Kashif Ali, chief executive officer of KR ECOSIL, is working to modernise Pakistan’s traditional brick kiln industry by introducing advanced, environmentally friendly and energy-efficient technologies.
During a recent visit to China, Mr Ali examined modern brick manufacturing plants, automated machinery, rotary kiln technology and systems designed to control air pollution.
His objective is to establish a modern brick manufacturing plant in Pakistan that would ensure quality production while promoting energy efficiency, reducing pollution and developing advanced industrial expertise.
The initiative could play an important role in transitioning Pakistan’s brick kiln industry from conventional practices towards a modern and environmentally sustainable industrial future.
