Malaysian Education Expo Concludes in Lahore
Around 20 Malaysian universities participated in the expo, where students interacted with university representatives and obtained information about academic programmes, admission procedures, scholarships, fee structures, accommodation, visa requirements and career prospects.
Representatives provided guidance on undergraduate and postgraduate programmes and answered questions about eligibility criteria, admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships and other aspects of studying in Malaysia.
Representatives from Taylor’s University, Asia Pacific University (APU), City University Malaysia, UNITAR International University, SEGi University, University of Malaya, Sunway University, University of Cyberjaya, HELP University, Universiti Kuala Lumpur (UniKL), International Medical University (IMU) and other institutions participated in the event.
Speaking at the expo, TJS Regional Director for Pakistan Maryam Mushtaq said Malaysian universities provide Pakistani students with opportunities to pursue higher education in an international environment.
She said the purpose of organising education expos was to give students direct access to international universities and enable them to obtain information about study opportunities before making academic and career decisions.
Students visiting the university stalls also sought information about different fields of study and compared programmes, admission requirements and scholarship opportunities offered by participating institutions.
The event concluded after two days of interaction between students, parents and representatives of Malaysian universities.
